The Classroom

Day-After-Day is located in the Horace Mann Elementary School multi-purpose room. In the main classroom we have a:

• Stage area

• Dress-Up & House corner

• Drawing table

• Arts & Crafts areas

• Kindergarten Corner

• Computer Console

• Teacher's area

The Gym

Our children enjoy the use of Horace Mann's gymnasium as well. The gym is open from 3:30 to 5:30. Athletics is a vital part of the D.A.D. curriculum and a necessary way to unwind after a hard day of learning. Our Athletic coordinators run activities such as Bombardment, "Individge," knockout, and of course the annual basketball tournament.

Albemarle Playground

D.A.D. spends most of its fair-weather days outdoors on the Albemarle Playground. Children are accompanied by D.A.D. staff and enjoy the playground and the surrounding fields. D.A.D. staff organizes kickball, basketball, and soccer games on demand. Children also enjoy un-structured play on the swingset, gliders, and sandbox. D.A.D. is also a "Gold Rung Level" Project Donor to the new Albemarle Playground.
