D.A.D. Teachers

Diana Erba, Director

Diana is the Director of Day-After-Day (D.A.D). She has been with D.A.D. since 1979. Diana holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Administration from Boston College and an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College.

Bill Young, Site Coordinator

Bill has been with D.A.D. for 10 years. He is an Army Veteran and Art teacher. He is responsible for the annual haunted house, train club, the D.A.D. basketball tournament, coordinating activities for our students 8-12 years old, and designing and constructing the sets for our annual musicals.

Lauren Gallagher, Kindergarten    Coordinator

Lauren Gallagher is also an alumn of D.A.D. Lauren attended the program from Kindergarten to 6th grade. She has been a teacher at D.A.D. for 8 years now. She is a graduate of Newton North High School (NNHS) and currently a senior at Northeastern University.

Matt Vello, Teacher

Matt Vello has been a member of the D.A.D. staff since September 2003. He is in charge of athletics with Billy. He is currently pursuing a degree in education at Mass Bay.
Lauren DiBona, Teacher

Lauren DiBona has been a teacher at D.A.D. since 2003 helping with the art and cooking programs. She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Mass Bay. Lauren is also an alumni of the D.A.D. program.

Greg Mann, Teacher's Aide

Greg is a graduate of the D.A.D. program. He has been volunteering and teaching at D.A.D. ever since. He is currently attending UMASS Amherst. His favorite activities are snacking, recess, and Arts & Crafts.
Kevin Wallace, Teacher's Aide

Kevin is a proud alumn of D.A.D. having attended the program from Kindergarten through 6th grade. He has been a teacher at the program for three years now. He is currently attending Roger Williams University.
 
 Student Aides

The D.A.D. student aides are an integral part of our staff. All of our aides are alumni of the program. They serve as aides to the teachers and as role models for the D.A.D. children.
