Diana A. Erba,

Executive Director

Diane has been with Day-After-Day since 1979. She started as the Head Teacher and became Executive Director in 1983. She grew up in Newton, and is a graduate of Newton South High School. Diane holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Administration from Boston College and an Undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Rhode Island College. During the course of Diane's career she has been a coed resident camp Director at Camp Nawaka in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Diane also worked at Boston College with a Senior/Freshman mentoring program (48 Hours). She is very fortunate and proud that she has had opportunities to work within the entire educational spectrum, from Kindergarten to College/Graduate students. She was awarded in September 2009 a proclamation for 30 years of teaching from Governor Deval Patrick, and former Newton Mayor David Cohen proclaimed September 26th as Diana Erba Day in the City of Newton. Diane feels her greatest accomplishment is that the majority of her teaching staff are Day-After-Day Alumni.

Gregory Mann is a product of the Newton Public Schools, but more importantly he is a Day-After-Day Alum.  He attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Spanish.  As our sports specialist Greg has started very popular and successful soccer and basketball leagues that involves our students grades 1st-6th. For the Kindergarteners Greg has a learning leaugue that teaches them the basics and fundamentals of the individual sports.
